Meet Chippy! An adorable 5 year old Maltese mix. Chippy was rescued from the South LA Animal Shelter. He was a critical medical rescue, and was in dire need of serious medical care. While under the protection of his loving R&R Animal Rescue foster, Chippy fell in love and was adopted by his foster. He now visits the Malibu beaches and plays at local parks!
